This privacy statement applies to the collection, processing, disclosure and use of Personally Identifiable Information (PII) or the Personal Sensitive Information (PSI), as the case may be, that is submitted to, Price Waterhouse LLP (“PW/Firm/ We/Our”), a limited liability partnership and a constituent member firm of ‘Price Waterhouse & Affiliates’, a domestic network of Indian Chartered Accountant (CA) firms, which is registered with the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) (“PW Network”). We are committed to maintaining the privacy and integrity of PII and PSI, and this privacy statement describes our approach to addressing all such issues. This privacy statement provides details about the types of personal information that we collect, how we use, process, protect and disclose such personal information and the rights individuals have to control our usage and disclosure of such personal information.
We may collect personal information from clients, customers, employees, contractors, website visitors, students & professionals, and other individuals. We do not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 18. Where it becomes apparent that such data has been inadvertently collected, we will take appropriate steps to delete it unless we have obtained verifiable consent from a parent or legal guardian, in accordance with applicable laws. The information collected may include your name, email address, and other details.
Through this website, we only collect PII or PSI that is specifically and voluntarily provided by visitors having regard to the purpose of its disclosure. We receive limited personal information, such as name, title, company address, email address, telephone and fax numbers from website visitors. Demographic information, including gender and occupation, is not actively sought, but may be submitted when a visitor responds to an online job application or registers for our alumni program. It is our policy to limit the information collected to only the minimum information required to complete a visitor's request. Visitors are also able to send emails through this site. Their messages will contain the user's screen name and email address, as well as any additional information the user may wish to include in the message.

PW may exchange or need to exchange information, including personal information within the network firm in India or outside India or with other overseas service providers/contractors working and acting on behalf of the member firm of the network.
As a result, we may transfer personal information outside India to other countries whose privacy laws provide different level of protection. PW may also use overseas facilities to process, host or back up its information. However, any such information transferred shall be subject to appropriate data protection obligations.
By using this site and submitting any personal information, you agree to the use and disclosure by PW in accordance with the terms of applicable contractual and disclosure agreements of such information in accordance with this privacy statement.
The website will use only those cookies which are strictly necessary for the functioning of the website. Other than strictly necessary cookies, no other cookies are used for this website.
Some of the information we receive is not retained. Contact information about visitors (such as information generated though registration for access to areas on the site) will be kept as long as the information is required for the purposes for which it was collected or until a user request that we delete that information or as required by law. Information that is kept by us will be destroyed or deleted after a reasonable period from the time when it becomes outdated or is no longer required. We take the security of all the data we hold very seriously. We adhere to internationally recognized security standards and our Information Security Management System relating to client confidential data is independently certified as complying with the requirements of ISO/IEC 27001: 2022. We have a framework of policies, procedures and training in place covering data protection, confidentiality and security and regularly review the appropriateness of the measures we have in place to keep the data we hold secure.
We disclaim all liability for error in transmissions and unauthorized access or interceptions, abuse, or misuse by third parties and other users outside the PW environment.
